      Professional Experience

        At least 14 years of exposure mainly to the Accounting Functions in well reputable Organizations. Good to excellent presentation and information delivery skills in order to maintain and interpret core message of financial performance measurement

         

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Perform general accounting and financial reporting functions for local management and external reporting needs.
      • Responsible for the preparation of accurate financial reports and supporting schedules as required.
      • Responsible for account reconciliations that include multi currency inter-company accounts as well as complex bank accounts.
      • Duties include highlighting to management potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow.
      • Perform general accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work.
      • Receives general supervision from the Financial Services Manager .
      • Exercises functional and technical supervision over the accounting staff.
      • Authorized as acting Financial Services Manager in the absence of the Manager.
      • Plans, organizes, assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of assigned professional and technical support staff.
      • Prepares and directs the preparation of audits, financial statements and varied fiscal reports.
      • Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
      • Prepares, maintains control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
      • Provides technical support to outside auditors and governmental program auditors.
      • Posts data to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures.
      • Performs internal audits of accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash. May make correcting journal entries in assigned areas.
      • Prepare and analyze complex financial statements that relate to various fund types and account groups, and notes to the financial statements.
      • Read and understand technical forms and receipts.
