One of our Clients is looking for Hospital Audit Doctor (Head) (Senior Med Manager)for the following roles.
Position Title: Hospital Audit Doctor (Head) (Senior Med Manager)
Position Based In: Saudi Arabia
Employer / Client’s Detail: Leading Insurance Company
Gender: Male
Education: University Medical degree (MBBS or MBChB). Master degree or Clinical Board in Medical field preferably in family medicine, Emergency medicine or internal medicine.
Experience: With five years experience in the field.3 – 5 years experience in management.Strong Medical knowledge and updates Medical ethics.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Setting team objectives and conducting performance review.
- Effective supervise operations of HAD to achieve an optimum cost containment for in-patient services.
- Reporting providers’ utilization reports and recommending approaches to manage this utilization.
- Reporting market information concerning competitors’ new services as well as providers’ new services on regular basis.
- Auditing all reports and team activities to ensure maintenance of the team’s operational quality.
- Reporting HAD monthly activities and achievements including fraud, malpractice and high value claims.
- Continuously maintaining and improving the team’s efficiency through analyzing and documenting business processes and problems and developing solutions.
- Building team capabilities through MENTORING (coaching, passing experience to roving doctors and building their career path and developing their core competences).
- Building strategic relations with key persons in different providers to support the HAD in their daily activities.
- With the team should identify and point out the particular driver(s) of unit cost inflation in each provider and show effectiveness in controlling them within scientific methodologies.
- Continuous monitoring of each provider IP UC within the network assigned at.
- Define the best practicing providers from the clinical indicators he is responsible to develop.
- Collate all data delivered by HAD concerning different providers around the country in order to study the behaviour of providers in different regions.
- Communicate all live increase of providers’ inpatient UC within their network to Provider Relation.
