      Position Title: Vitality Venture Head

      Position Based In: Lahore - Pakistan

      Professional Qualification: Tertiary degree, Honors or Masters Level, MBA advantageous

      Professional Experience: 8 - 10 years in Discovery / or a successful track record as the CEO Of an external business

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Formulate the strategy and vision and make recommendations to Stakeholders.
      • Ensure transfer of applicable Discovery IP to the venture.
      • Putting structures in place to ensure sustainable transfer of IP.
      • Create and monitor business plans including all related financials to track the value created by the partnership.
      • Define the organizational set up and governance structure.
      • Ongoing stakeholder management and support including:
        • Build and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders in both organizations.
        • Report to stakeholders regarding all relevant issues and progress towards the agreed goals .
      • Oversee all aspects of the business to deliver exceptional results.
      • Provide input to product development and service delivery taking into account local market dynamics, regulatory constraints, country priorities and relevance for the partnership.
      • Work together with Vitality Group to identify potential reward partners and support the negotiation and deal making process as required.
      • Create the marketing and distribution strategy and ensure the right structures are in place to support the strategy and ensure that targets are met.
      • Support and motivate the senior leadership team.
      • Ensure that the financial, tax and risk management policies and processes are in place and effective.
      • Define performance tracking methodology.
