Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Java developer
Responsibilities:
- Partner with operation manager & development team to prepare overall project schedule, milestones, task & estimates.
- Participate in technology/solution decisions for projects. Partner with development team to ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment and implementation requirements are properly documented.
- Manager daily progress and status of deliverables on projects and optimize the mix of development resources.
- Motivate and lead project delivery terms & instill a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Manage both internal teams and offshore vendor teams project delivery plans and ensure proper staffing.
- Closely monitor workload for all employees & offshore vendor resources assigned to project.
