Education:BS in Engineering with preferably MBA

Experience:15 years experience of Corporate Planning including 7 years as functional head in a large engineering or manufacturing organization with nationwide operations.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor the Company’s long, medium and short term plans.
• Assist management in the annual business planning cycle and quarterly business performance reviews.
• Develop business goals in consonance with Company’s Vision, Mission and Values , cascade them into divisional targets and coordinate with division for implementation.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate new business opportunities, undertake and coordinate financial, commercial, economic, technical and market studies, feasibility studies, bankable documents, investments plans, etc.
• Develop innovative strategies for existing business to ensure competitive advantage and market leadership.
• Conduct proactive industry research, evaluate Global/National trends, prepare comparative and competitive studies, monitor sectoral policies, gather market intelligence, etc.
• Maintain a pipeline of new projects and initiatives through expansions, acquisitions and mergers for sustainable and profitable growth.
• Build and maintain a proactive, strong and positive relationship with shareholders, GOP, regulatory bodies, and related stakeholders.
