Education:Master’s in Nursing, Health Science or General Science field.

Experience:Minimum five years computer simulation experience in a clinical, Medical or acute-care setting. Prior experience using instructional Technology. Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications Relevant to simulator functions. Experience in course development and Education.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• The Simulation Center Manager will assists with the implementation of simulation activities in the training of healthcare professionals.
• They will supervise the Simulation Center Specialist, Simulation Information and Technology Support, Administrative Assistant and faculty.
• Overall duties include monitoring and controlling daily operations such as equipment and supply inventory and coordinating the training of faculty on the use of simulation equipment and principles of simulation learning.
• The Manager will also plan, coordinate, organize and manage the operations of the health science simulation laboratory and facilitate collaboration among health science programs to optimize technology use.
