Education: Ph.D. In relevant field from an internationally recognized University for Assistant Professor and Higher ranks and Master's Degree for Lecturers.
Experience:Years of experience according to the CNAMS Bylaws. Professional License in relevant field, if applicable.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Prepares courses, Instructional modules and projects in accordance within the curriculum and standards of CNAMS.
- Presents theory-based and research-based content, which reflects kingdom-wide, regional. WHO and International findings in the education of nursing students.
- Demonstrates competence in teaching of the students in the classroom, laboratory and practice setting, using state or the art technology.
- Initiates/participates in research in the field of specialization and or interdisciplinary research.
- Facilitates the learning activities of the students in tl1e classroom, laboratory and practice settings.
- Presents scientific abstracts, papers and projects kingdom-wide, regionally and internationally.
- Serves as an academic advisor in the College of Nursing.
- Supports the collaborative model for Nursing Clinical Teaching.
- Responds to consultative Invitations from NGHA, other health institutions, regionally, and internationally especially within the area of own expertise.
- emonstrates full participation in the overall development of own department and faculty.
- Represents CNAMS at various student recruitment sessions such as career expositions or high school functions.
- Seek to expand own theoretical and professional knowledge.
- Performs other duties within the scope of tl1e Job and her technical expertise.
