One of our Clients is looking for Deputy General Manager (Legal Services) for the following roles.

Position Based In: Karachi, Pakistan

Education:Law Graduate from a reputable National or International institute.
Experience:17 years post-qualification experience.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Advising the Company on a range of legal matters working with internal.
- Preparing writ petitions, applications, plaints, written statements, rejoineders arbitration claims, attending court proceedings and representation on legal/regulatory forum.
- Assessing legal implications of all strategic agreements/contracts.
- Ensuring strict conformance with Labour / Iridustrial Laws, Property Laws, Company Laws, Taxation matters, etc.
- Coordination with Legal advisors.
