Education:B.E, MBA will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post qualification FMCG experience.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complete TPM Implementation & Certification in all Business Units of Packages, along with Japanese Consultants.
- To lead improvement projects throughout and to handle all phases of projects for smoother execution and desired results.
- Responsible for achieving operational excellence through system innovation and by providing technical support.
- Responsible for defining TPM goals, in line with company targets and to execute activities for achieving those goals.
- Consultant & Trainer on TPM & IMS, conducting trainings and interactive sessions for skill development and people motivation.
- Responsible for creating Mindset Change and Motivation for TPM through different competitions and activities.
- Responsible for conducting TPM Steering with all coordinators to review & improve overall TPM progress.
- Responsible for providing support in IMS (OHSAS 18001 + ISO 14001 + ISO 22000) implementation, certification and ongoing activities.
- Responsible for supplier and customer audits.
