Education:MBA from IBA or LUMS will be preferred.

Experience:Minimum 7 years of post qualification FMCG experience.

• Include identifying, inducting and leading a team of "A" players to expand our customer and channel partner base.
• Catering cross-cutting responsibilities such as strategy, marketing, research, advertising (online and offline), business development, general management, product planning and management.
• Primary goal will be to build and execute a high-level, growth driven strategy to create (where it does not already exist) and manage complete market dominance.
• Leading conventional and creative, online and offline sales and marketing initiatives including advertising, direct marketing, participating in relevant conferences, developing strategic partnerships, SEO, generating lead databases, conducting webinars, promotional offers, affiliate programs, social media marketing, PR, online marketing through forums, user groups, viral marketing etc.
• A person will be expected to deliver a high ROI on all your marketing initiatives.
