Education:A Master's Degree in an Earth Science related discipline,Or a Bachelor's may be considered provided with 10 years relevant Development Geophysics experience.

Experience:3 years of relevant Development Geophysics or 10 years relevant experienc in Development Geophysics.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Interpreting and mapping 3D/4D seismic, generating well to seismic ties, conducting reservoir property from seismic derivation, and geophysical reservoir characterization.
• Integrating subsurface and engineering data to facilitate opportunity identification and maturation, hydrocarbon resource estimation, risk and uncertainty assessments, and the generation and simulation of reservoir models.
• Developing technical work and execution plans for geophysical activities and drilling projects, including well planning, maturation and execution.
• Planning and assurance review of velocity modeling, forward modeling and AVO/AVA analysis.
• Coordinating geophysical data and projects for green- to brownfield producing assets.
• Collaborating with team members, earth scientists, reservoir, petroleum and production engineers, business planners, and other technical personnel to drive resource to reserves to production, implement asset development plans, and maximize economic value.
• Providing work direction and mentoring to less experienced co-workers.
• Supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, and business planning processes.
