Position Title:System Operator II

Education:Diploma in Communications Technician or equivalent to Secondary Level A formal Trade school program, with enough proficiency to Understand and follow technical specifications, work orders, blueprints, Schematic drawings and service manuals with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience:Minimum of three (3) year experience in area of primary assignment is required.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Perform any related duties as assigned.
• Participates in planning, monitoring, and upgrading of the existing Digital system, such 3S; Telephone System, Paging System, Microwave System, Satellite System, Wireless Radio System, and any other added system in the near future.
• Performs operation and analysis for the system.
• Downloads and updates the system software and to ensure of its latest" version.
• Plans and design for the new expansions in all Hospitals and Clinics.
• Maintains technical records and check other technical records prepared by staff.
• Coordinates and supervises with sub-contractors to ensure their compliance towards the Hospital requirements.
• Keeps all the equipment in good conditions and follows up for changing the faulty items.
• Monitors the communications system security in all Hospitals and Clinics.
• Monitors all the communications system operations to ensure the quality of services.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
