Education: MA Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology from an accredited university program with a minimum six (6) years supervised training or practice in the field of clinical/ or counseling Psychology in a mental health hospital. PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university; including a minimum of two (2) years of clinical psychology training, with average performance in area of teaching, research, and training activities. A supervised clinical training in the program of at least two (2) years or more

Experience: Minimum six (6) years supervised training or practice in the field of clinical/ or counseling Psychology in a mental health hospital. Experience in working with a wide variety of client groups, with skills in the complex methods of psychological assessment, intervention, and management.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Provide high-standard psychological care to patients (inpatient/outpatient) based on interpretation and integration of psychological tastings, self-report measures, rating scales, and other useful tools.
• Formulate and implement plans of the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems.
• Provide under the supervision of other senior mental health professionals psychological advice, guidance, consultation, and training of other professionals contributing directly to client's formulation, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation and monitoring of the team's operational policies and services through the deployment of professional skills in research, service evaluation and audit.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the highest professional standards of practice through active participation in internal and external Continuous Professional Development training and development programs.
