Education:Qualified Accountant FCA/FCMA/CPA.
Experience:15 years of post qualification experience in challenging and fast paced accounting environment out of which 10 years experience in the senior management role preferably in multinational companies.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Sound competencies in the areas of value-chain, risk management and strategic planning to maximize shareholders value.
- Conversant with Financial Management Functions, Annual Budgeting, Targets and Treasury Management.
- Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards, USGAAPS, Secretarial Functions Compliance with Code of Corporate Governance and SOX controls.
- Knowledge of SAP, BPC and Hyperion systems.
- High level of integrity, strong executive presence, outstanding leadership, excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and strong team player.
