Experience:Minimum 06 years’ experience in maintenance systems and managing people.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• The Assistance Maintenance Manager will report to Maintenance Manager Able to act as Maintenance Manager during his absence.
• Insures all activities are carried out with full consideration for the safety of all employees. Develop and carry out a safety plan.
• Develops and carries through an annual and long-range maintenance plan to insure optimum equipment and operation efficiency.
• Directs the mechanical and electrical departments and supervision in carrying through on maintenance plan. Insures that a predictive,preventative, and contingency maintenance plan is being carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Insures all maintenance activity is carried out in a prioritized and well-planned manner. Insure records and maintenance activities are kept up to date and can be easily accessed and understood.
• Plan and manage annual maintenance shutdown to insure that costs and downtime are minimized.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Control, improve, and sustain the maintenance system's costs.
• Initiate actions related to the prevention of noncompliance occurrences.
• Implement and verify solutions and their related effectiveness.
• Review and approve the environmental work plans.
• Verify the correct and effective implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of database software, specifically CMMS and SAP.
• Fundamental knowledge in business administration, accounting and finances.
