Education:MSc. in Chemistry / Food Technology / Pharmacy or B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
Experience:15+ years of experience in food manufacturing operations out of which at least 05 years in a senior role leading/managing overall plant operations.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- To ensure effective and efficient implementation of Management directives.
- To ensure quality, safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness of all operations.
- To ensure timely and safe delivery of manufactured products at sales points efficiently and cost effectively.
- To strengthen documented procedures and their effective implementation across the operations.
- Train and coach across organization for building a high performance teams at all levels .
- To enhance cross functional support and co-ordination to maintain a unified and result oriented team.
- Monitoring and Control.
