Education:MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification in marketing from a recognized national or foreign institution.
Experience:12+ years experience, preferably in consumer foods industry out of which at least 03 years as functional/departmental head.Track record of successful marketing campaigns, new product development, and new product launches. Experience in digital marketing tools required.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Set and design the future marketing objectives and strategies keeping in view Organization's Vision to become global brand(s) of choice.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve short and long term brands and marketing objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Strategic Business Partners (SBPs) and managing the contracts to facilitate the business operations.
- Manage annual budgets by brands, ensure monitoring & control of brand performance, and develop strategies accordingly.
- Analyze brands performance periodically and accordingly devise strategies to maintain and improve brand equity.
- Guide the development and growth of digital marketing for all brand communication, integrated campaigns, and on line presence.
- Improve and implement the system for smooth working of marketing campaigns.
- Explore untapped potential markets for brand development and promotion and have close liaison with NPD Department for new products development and product improvement.
- Lead and coach the team for effective utilization of resources, monitoring and control to get ROI.
