Education:Graduation, preferably Master's Degree (MBA), from a reputed institution.
Experience:12+ years experience in FMCG/Beverages environment out of which at least 03 years in national level role. Must have managed sales force and distribution network. Experience in preparing category strategies at national level will be preferred.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- To formulate business development strategies for the pertinent division.
- To forecast sales targets in-line with overall corporate objectives of the organization.
- To conduct market analysis, identify market threats, monitor competitor activities and initiation of market actions.
- Should be updated about latest trends in the market and provide fresh impetus and thoughts for new product development.
- To provide strategic direction to the business of the division.
