Education:M.Sc. / B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience:15+ years experience in real estate project management. Hands-on experience in establishment and management of private society will be helpful. Must have thorough knowledge of municipal operations, procedures, practices, systems, and structures.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Identifying and anticipating community service trends.
- Evaluating and offering options to the Project Management/Council.
- Analyze and supervise the functions, duties and activities of various departments, committees and services.
- Manage the financial affairs of the Project in a sound manner, assuring that potential sources of revenue are identified and analyzed with appropriate recommendations to the Management/ Council.
- To maintain knowledge of governmental regulations, proposed and adopted municipal, state and federal legislation and their effect on the Project's operations and recommend appropriate action to the Management.
- Attend all meetings of with governmental agencies at which matters pertaining to the Project appear on the agenda or are expected to be raised, or be informed about proceedings of these meetings.
