Education: MBA majoring in HR.
Experience:Minimum 20 years core experience of HR including 10 years as head of HR in a large, nationwide, diversified engineering group.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage HR strategies for Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Organizational Design and Right Sizing, Training and Employee Relations which are aligned with corporate goals.
- Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures and processes so that these are competitive, enhance employee satisfaction and ensure that the Company’s human capital is its long term irreversible competitive advantage.
- Foster a corporate culture and working environment for Talent Management enhancing employee performance, career and succession planning through merit driven result oriented systems.
- Ensure industrial peace and compliance with statutory, labour, social and legal requirements. Take measures to protect the Company’s interests in labour, lands and administrative cases.
- Engage consultants, conduct surveys on compensation, organizational climate, HR processes and practices, making continuous improvements.
- Report progress to the HR Committee of the Board the Company’s HR and CSR strategies, plans, initiatives and activities.
