Professional Qualification / Experience:

• MBA (Sales & Marketing) or equivalent.
• At least 10-12 years working experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead and manage a dynamic sales and marketing team that is results oriented and culturally in line with the Company brand, sell out focused.
• Develop, build and nurture business relationships through regular trade visits in order to grow their business and cultivate brand loyalty and commitment.
• In depth understanding and assessment of competitor, consumer and general market trends to identify, maintain and elevate the brand’s position within the market place and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensuring the brand management has a strong image and has awareness in the market.
• Accurate forecasting and demand planning for the growth of the market and will direct all trade channels and manage key account relationships.
• Working closely with an established sales team and existing distributors’ network.
• Market Research & Survey.
