Professional Qualification: MBA/ MPA or equivalent
Professional Experience: Over 10 years of handling HRM functions in a manufacturing Concern. At least 03 years as Manager HRM.
Age Limit: 35-45
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Human Resource Planning & Budgeting of Production Units.
- To look after HR functions at plant i.e. Recruit & Selection, Performance. Management, Compensation & Benefits.
- To devised and implement HR polices and procedure.
- Contractual labour management.
