Professional Qualification: B. Engineering (Preferably in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical)
Professional Experience: 5 to 20 years, Lubricants Sales in Industry/Commercial Segments. Sales Engineer/Manager depending on relevant experience and background.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Enhanced the business of the company by utilizing the learned skills in producing more improved stuff for sale.
- Prepare Sale/Stock Report (on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis).
- Supervise the Junior Staff & help them to complete their assignments in an effective manner.
- Responsible for deliver and manage strong sales and volumes through distribution in assigned area.
- Responsible for sales performance vs. targets on a month wise basis to the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for supervising and increasing the sales volumes of Motor Fuel products, lubricants and allied facilities (per station/area) in line or exceeding budget in order to achieve volume, gross margin and profitability targets for both fuel and non-fuel activities for each site as well as area.
- Sale/ Freight Agreements with OMCs, LMCs and other Fuel Customers. Ensured compliance to contracting procedures, policies, SOP and terms.
- Responsible for the sales of Lubricants, Invoicing, Credit Control System and Timely recovery of payments as per Credit Control Policy. Incentives on Sales of Lube are computed and recommended for payments to Lube Distributors as per approved policy.
