Professional Experience: 3-4 years or more
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Preferably working in the paint industry like Akzo Nobel, ICI, Berger, and Kansai etc.
- Responsible sales of all products in product line especially those which are highly profitable ones.
- Responsible of sales, collection and contribution margin.
- Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensuring discipline among team by promoting highest values of honesty. Insures that all Sales executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, proposals etc.
- Responsible for the Preparation, handling and control of selling and marketing budget in the Region.
- Should have worked on a similar level/ role for at least 3-4 years.
