      Professional Experience: Over 10 years post qualification experience. Heading the Marketing & Sales function Of a large company involved in imports and sales of vaccines/medical/pharmaceutical products through a nation-wise distribution network. An honest, mature, energetic, customer centric, results driven and very competent sales Professional with excellent managerial, analytical, planning, negotiation and leadership Skills is required to head a vibrant department and distributorship network of a fast Growing market leader in the very competitive poultry vaccine industry. Commitment to achieve the company’s top line and bottom line while ensuring customer satisfaction is essential.

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Design and manage sales and marketing operating budgets.
      • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including events e.g. company’s booth in International.
      • Poultry Exhibition held in Lahore and other exhibitions, print, online, electronic media, direct mail, etc.
      • Develop marketing and sales strategies, forecasts and plan for each product/distributor/territory; recommend product positioning, packaging, distribution and pricing for delivering annual and longer term profitability and market share.
      • Negotiate directly major sales transactions ensuring best possible terms for the company while also guide and assist sales staff and distributors in closing their transactions.
      • Ensure effective monitoring and control of sales taking corrective action to guarantee achievement of targets and KPIs within budget.
      • Report monthly on the marketing strategy, sales forecasts, actual sales vs targets, marketing activities, client base and its expansion, KPIs and budget, etc., to the CEO. Also monitor and inform on competitor strategies, products, sales and marketing activities, proposing counter measures by the company.
      • Establish good business relationships with related external publics, especially customers, distributors, sales representatives, industry influencers, regulators, advertising agencies, consultants, contractors, service providers and strategic partners.
      • Manages training of staff and distributors and conducts performance evaluations to continuously enhance their competencies enabling them to deliver sales targets.
      • Represents Company at the Pakistan Poultry Association meetings.
