Professional Qualification: BE/B Tech with certification in HSE
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of Terminal/Fleet HSE/Operations experience in Oil Industry.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Manage/Implement all Transport related HSE policies in both Cartage and Contractor Fleet.
- Identify HSE & Operational Training needs of Fleet Staff and Conduct HSE Training Courses for both Cartage Contractor and Company Fleet Staff (inclusive of Truck and Lorry Inspection Related trainings) in accordance with Training Schedule / Calendar and maintenance of requisite training records.
- Be familiar with Permit to Work System and can issue the work permits for maintenance / repair tasks performed on Tank Lorries / Compartments.
- Ensure incident free operation during transit and loading/ unloading at customer / Retail Sites/Terminals.
