Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounting and statutory reporting, Taxation, supervision of Accounts Payables and Receivables functions of the Company.
- Responsible for the regulatory requirements and correspondence on different issues with regulators, legal counsels, auditors and taxation authorities.
- Financial planning, treasury, cost control and investment studies and analyses.
- Responsible for appraising operating results in terms of costs, budgets and trends and its communication to management.
- Responsible for the monthly Preparation of Financial and Non Financial Report.
- Analyses Data to prepare reconciliation of Budget & Actual and to find out variance for the month & check Trial balance, Income Statement & Balance Sheet on monthly basis.
- Responsible for the finance & Accounts division played a key role in the successful implementation and up gradation of Oracle financials.
- Developing and maintaining timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
