      Position Title: Team Lead Customer Care Center

      Position Based In: Islamabad – Pakistan

      Professional Qualification / Experience:

      • Master degree from reputed University.
      • 6-8 years experience in relevant field.

      Responsibilities:

      • Managing customer Turn Around Time.
      • Providing excellent customer services experience to the customers.
      • Manager PB/Sales return.
      • To run Care Centre as profit Centre.
      • Achieve sales / Sales return and bill collection target.
      • Data analysis for the productivity of the Centre and his / her team members.
      • Ensure that all administrative issues related to CC are resolved timely.
      • Training of team members and timely replacement hiring.
      • Ownership of Care Centre in all ways.
