Position Title: Microbiology Technician

Education: Must be a graduate from college of Applied Medical Science in the field of Microbiology

Experience:5 years post- graduate experience in drug or food industry laboratories. Must have knowledge of FDA, GMP and WHO requirements for antivenoms. Must be familiar with bacterial and fungus identification. Must read, write and speaks English. Experience with ELISA would be helpful.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Perform all required quality control tests to assure the sterility of the products using automated Laboratory equipment.
  
• Tests the sterility of all equipment and chemicals that has to be sterile.
  
• Tests laminar flow and filters periodically.
  
• Prepares media for culture.
  
• Performs sterility tests for all sterile areas.
  
• Perfoirrs any work related clerical duties.
  
• Perform any related duties as assigned..
