One of our Clients is looking for Manager Quality Management for the following roles.
Position Title: Manager Quality Management

Education: Bachelor in Health Care profession, (i.e, Nursing, Pharmacy, Hospital Adminisnation or other relevant discipline or equivalent) Master Degree in Health Care Management or Business Administration
Experience:Minimum of eight (8) years experience in a related field, three (3) years
Of which is in a supervisory role Current knowledge of Quality Management Tools and techniques Knowledge of accreditation standards and
Implementation Effective interpersonal communication and teaching skills.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing necessary analysis and information to identify root cause(s) of System failure in various areas and departments.
- Design and support the implementation of solutions and enhance system performance through process improvement.
- Develop and provide frequent status updates of all ongoing projects and open issues that need resolution.
- Manage projects involving Quality Improvement and Patient Safety from formation of the project team to post implementation support.
- Identify, assess and prioritize the risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events.
- Ensure that the ongoing accreditation by the JCIA is maintain.ed.
- Provide advice on risk-management and Quality Improvement snategies.
- Provide support and maintenance of the elecnonic Safety Reporting System Conf supporting end users, analysis of individual incidents and generate and interpret reports.
- Help prioritize the direction of the improvement activities across the hospital and clinical activities.
- necessary training on their use.
- Draft plans related to the area of assignment (e.g. Risk Management, Quality Management, etc.
