Education: Associate degree in Recreation/Sports ManagementIPhysical Education or Equivalent .Knowledge of Anatomy, Nutrition, Basic Exercise, Injuries Valid internationally recognized Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and EAR

Experience: Training in vocational school, related on-the-job experience, Work in a customer facing role/previous customer service experience, Experience in a fitness environment

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safety of the users and all the various equipment in the gymnasium.
• Provide supervision, instructions, precautions and assistance to all gym users about proper usage of all gym Equipments.
• Create and provide approved weight training, fitness, diet and nutritional programs suitable for both adults and youth.
• Ensure that al\ requirements and information is properly communicated to all staff and employees using the facility.
• Monitor designated facilities/equipment and initiate appropriate action for repairs/servicing required to ensure it are in Safe working condition.
• Responsible to administer first aid within the limits if their training, to victims of emergency situations, to provide the Initial care necessary to sustain life until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel arrive.
• Provide instructions and supervision for designated leisure activities including weightlifting, bodybuilding competitions,
• Aerobics and other related activities.
• Responsible to complete and submit all required reports and records about lost and found articles, damaged or Defective equipments.
• Submit all requirements and recommendations pertaining to purchase or acquisition of new and innovative gym Equipments, accessories and cleaning materials for the facility.
