Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Ensure Achievement of Area Volume Targets (Primary and Secondary) on Monthly basis.
- Conduct Morning & Sunset Sessions with DSRs and monitor performance of territories on daily basis.
- Keep regular track of Field KPIs (Penetration & Bill/Outlet Productivity).
- Ensure usage of Tools such as Google Maps by Field Officers to increase system efficiency.
- Ensure execution of all Trade Promotions as per the Agreed Mechanics across territories.
- Ensure that all Trade Offers and Wholesale Discounts are being passed on to Customers.
- Minimize Damages by ensuring that Distributors follow proper Warehouse Standards & use FIFO.
- Ensure Availability and Visibility through Field Officers & DSRs as Per Agreed Standards.
- Manage & Motivate Distributors for Mutual Business Growth.
- Provide market intelligence to Head Office on regular basis.
- Support RSM in miscellaneous tasks & projects assigned to Region.
