Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Deliver B2B (Institutional) and B2C financial targets as agreed in the budget for Pakistan and Internationally. Set and manage sales plan to deliver business targets.
- Deliver the agreed GI & CR sales targets and implement marketing plan.
- Implement continuous improvement mechanism to achieve “fit for value” customer satisfaction level.
- Manage interfaces with Pricing, Marketing, production, Supply and Distribution to ensure operation excellence, competitive supply and delivery cost platform for the channel.
- Lead and manage strategic business improvement initiatives (eg. Customer Services, Margin optimization, market expansion).
- Manage business exposures identified in risk matrix (credit mgt, Price timing losses, and freight and sales contracts pertaining to pricing, product availability and spec changes).
- Provide coaching, motivation & leadership to support selling activities. Progress initiatives to enhance team efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism.
- Develop talent and competent resources to grow the business.
- Implementation of SPANCO and other sales tools and review.
- Convert prospective leads into new profitable customers.
- Establish trust and maintain an effective business relationship with the sales team and motivate all team members to achieve personal and team targets.
- Encourage a knowledge sharing and learning culture within Sales to develop Sales and Marketing expertise.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, SGBP, HSSE and D&I standards.
