Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Able to manage HR and Services related matters for a company with about 700 to 800 employees.
- Involve in labor dispute matters and negotiations in "Collective Bargaining Agreement".
- Give recommendations and enhance in HR policies & procedures.
- Develop company-wide "Pay Scale" and "Grading" Structure in line with companies in the similar industry.
- Regular review of "Pay Scale" and benefits to ensure continual competitiveness in changing economic and industry / company conditions.
- Responsible in overall company training, manpower planning and recruitments.
- Responsible and give recommendations in "HR & Payroll" System Enhancement.
- Responsible in planning and written approvals for HR related contracts and their renewal.
- Involve in annual companywide performance evaluation.
