Professional Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of windows servers & Basic Network Administration, Desktop support, virtualization and application support experience.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Set up computers for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in different locations of North Region.
• Troubleshoot computer and peripheral issues and provide hardware replacement, cleaning or repair as needed.
• Provide setup and configuration of computing peripherals such as printers, CD and DVD read/writers, monitors, scanners, mice, special keyboards and other equipment necessary.
• Maintain and update IT inventory record of North Region.
• Provide individual training and support on request.
• Assist with Network backup maintenance and scheduling.
• Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, ERP and applications and e-mail provision.
• Work with local ISPs/Vendor to resolve technical issues, analyze and tests possible solutions.
• Performs primary network/system administration on network and servers as needed.
