Professional Experience: : Minimum 8 to 10 years experience
Skills: Troubleshooting (Hydraulic), Maintain Records/Data
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Get involved organizing and planning of regular/unanticipated maintenance work on all hydraulic equipment.
- Ensure all Shutdown jobs are to be properly planned, scheduled and performed within expected timeframes.
- Implement plant wise preventive maintenance and preventive operations systems.
- Coordinates activities with plant Operations Departments.
- Arrange tools for hydraulic maintenance work.
- Maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment in EAM maintenance module.
- Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensures that maintenance technicians are motivated, adequately equipped, and trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner.
- To maintain housekeeping and cleaning of workshop.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
