Professional Experience: : Minimum 6 to 8 years post qualification experience

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of key operating measures and Account Profitability.
• Ensure that operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of contractual Key Performance Indicators.
• Takes the lead role in the development of the customer’s account.
• Customer facing role as required listening, understanding and working on operational solutions and potential service enhancements.
• Existing operations – Cost control, Productivity, Added value services, Relationship management, Account planning, Management and employee development.
• Senior Customer Contact building and maintenance of relationships with Customer team.
• To actively work alongside direct and in-direct internal stakeholder/senior management groups to ensure cohesion, the sharing of best business practice and the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Provide consistent world-class operational performance to defined standards, processes and KPI measurements.
• Develop and agree the operational budget and deliver against budget.
• Support Account Development with client presentations, monthly/ quarterly reviews and presentation materials.
• Active role in driving forward the account Health & Safety.
• Through the management team, ensure compliance with statutory and company policies on Health & Safety, Employment and Environmental issues including regular monitoring to ensure that a high profile of all of these key areas is maintained.
• Through the Site Managers, manage the local relationship with the recognized Trade Union to ensure that all negotiations are achieved.within budget levels and that day to day working relationship remains positive and harmonious with no negative effect on contract operations.
