Position Title: Head of Legal(GM Level)
Position Based In: Lahore - Pakistan

Professional Qualification: LL.M. / Bar at Law
Professional Experience: : 07-10 years of experience (preferably in FMCG Company) as legal counsel and knowledge on current legal practices with successful handling of legal matters. Good relationships with legal fraternity and other departments like police, labor and health.
Age Limit: At least 30-40 years
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct all activities of the Legal Department.
- To ensure that company is in compliance with pertinent national and international laws and regulations.
- To formulate/acquire legal opinions and render value added advice to the management with preferable options.
- To handle legal and litigation matters of national and international regulatory affairs with various Government agencies.
- Vetting/ reviewing internal agreements/ contracts and handle matters pertaining to intellectual property rights, trademark, copyrights, patents & designs etc.
- To develop and train a competent legal team.
- To deploy and regulate market surveillance and counterfeit operations in coordination with relevant government departments and law enforcement agencies.
