Professional Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience of Lubricants in B2B
Age Limit: At least 30 to 50 Years
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Develop Key accounts for fleet & construction segment.
- Retain current account and actively prospect for new lubricants business in the assigned territory.
- Sales Productivity performance indicators: Targets delivered, average unit margin and DSO.
- Plan, monitor and achieve individual sales target and contribute to overall team performance. Financial performance indicators: Volume & margin.
- Work to identify both cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new business.
- Have knowledge of key competitors and to understand their strengths and weaknesses thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these.
- Accountable for driving own individual development to continuously improve competencies.
- Develop strategies to increase market share through wining business within 3 months.
