      Professional Qualification: BMA/Bachelors/Engineer

      Professional Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience of Lubricants in B2B

      Age Limit: At least 30 to 50 Years

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Develop Key accounts for fleet & construction segment.
      • Retain current account and actively prospect for new lubricants business in the assigned territory.
      • Sales Productivity performance indicators: Targets delivered, average unit margin and DSO.
      • Plan, monitor and achieve individual sales target and contribute to overall team performance. Financial performance indicators: Volume & margin.
      • Work to identify both cross sell and up sell opportunities.
      • Provide regular updates to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new business.
      • Have knowledge of key competitors and to understand their strengths and weaknesses thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these.
      • Accountable for driving own individual development to continuously improve competencies.
      • Develop strategies to increase market share through wining business within 3 months.
