Professional Experience: At least 2 to 4 Years (Banking and Trade)
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Executing export advance payments .
- Submission of shipping documents against export advance payments within time.
- Preparation of Inland LC documentation.
- Scrutiny of inland export documentation.
- Follow-up with banks for payment of Inland LCs.
- Preparation of E Form.
- Preparation of documents of export LCs.
- To send the final BL Format to Sales/ Logistics for further forwarding to Shipping Line.
- Checking of Final BL Draft as per BL Format.
- To maintain ageing of inland export documentation.
- Filing of Trade documentation.
