Professional Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, supply chain or similar; MBA Would be plus

Professional Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience of managing supply chain Function and experience Learn and six sigma would be plus.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an energetic leader to elevate our work in the areas of operations, strategic sourcing, supplier development and capacity/demand planning.
• On the purchasing side, the candidate will source products per company requirements, resource existing to achieve improvements in quality/pricing/supply chain to improve operational efficiency and to reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
• Solicit proposals from vendors and negotiates the best possible value for materials and services talking into accounts the quality, service and pricing for each proposal.
• Facilitate the timely purchase of goods, within acceptable lead times from vendors through regular coordination with plant operations personnel.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory planning and negotiation skills, persuasive techniques and ability to control costs.
