Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- To assist AM Transport Operations in timely handling of Freight Bills (Black & White) while taking into account GOP requirements.
- Receiving given to contractor at the time of submission of carriage bills while ensuring that the PINK copy of invoice and delivery tracker report is attached.
- Posting of bills amount for Finance.
- Verification of bills is done by reconciling the supply point copy information with bill attached by the contractor and checking PRO3 and tracker reports.
- Preparation of customer wise product movement and shortages summary.
- Maintain separate records for inter depot transfers and inter tank transfer bills in separate files.
- Casting is done to ensure total amount and quantity mentioned on bills.
