Professional Experience: : 1 to 2 years of experience

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Regular Follow-up and tracking of status updates for action items decided by the management.
- Regular follow-up for timely availability of adhoc reporting and periodic information.
- Prepare, maintain and follow up functional checklists for new regulatory and other topics.
- Supervision and control of documents archiving and retrieval from the third party.
- Maintain archive of critical document in office.
- Office administration and coordination with other shared service of the company (stationery, IT, etc).
- Special task and duties assigned by the CFO.
- Collaboration with department for fetching information for timely decision making and execution.
- Arrange back up of office computers of all finance staff.
- Arrange regular follow-ups and feedback for improving process efficiency in the company for the objective and action items given by functional heads.
