Professional Experience: : 10 to 12 years of experience - preferably in FMCG Sector
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Human Resource Planning & Budgeting.
- To complete the hiring at Organizational Level in due time frame.
- To manage Trainee Program.
- To conduct compensation surveys.
- Training & Development of the employees at organizational level.
- Succession and Career Development.
- Sales force Trainings.
- Give recommendations and enhance in HR policies & procedures.
- Develop company-wide "Pay Scale" and "Grading" Structure in line with companies in the similar industry.
- Regular review of "Pay Scale" and benefits to ensure continual competitiveness in changing economic and industry / company conditions.
- Responsible in overall company training, manpower planning and recruitments.
- Responsible and give recommendations in "HR & Payroll" System Enhancement.
- Involve in annual companywide performance evaluation.
