Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Sales & Service people under Regional office and area office to supply the industrial & institutional segments.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual planning & strategizing the targets for the entire region.
- Training & Development of the team to meet company requirements.
- Responsible to implement strategic planning including targets, formulation of strategies and their implementation to achieve these goals.
