Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant (HR Generalist) experience
Skills: Should be proficient in excel and with very good analytical Skills, Communication Skills (written + spoken) should be strong
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Handle correspondence related to employee induction, appointments, data entry into the software, joining letter, bank letter, medical letter, preparation of employees’ file, bank account details, confirmation, terminations, warning letters, experience letters and separation letters.
- Manage Payroll records both computerized and manual.
- Maintain the employees’ monthly CIP/payroll records.
- Creation of different reports on request from HOD’s using HR software(Oracle ERP).
- Maintaining employee turnover report on monthly basis.
- Comparison of employee strength report with budged strength, location/ grade wise ongoing basis.
- Handling all the performance appraisal and management activities.
- Provide support and/or conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
- Follow up with different departments for present or projected ma power needs and ensures the allocated budget of it.
- Managing overall recruitment and selection of manpower (Management & Non- Management).
- Responsible to be implementing strategy to build control and efficiency in daily routine HR activities.
