Professional Qualification: Master’s in Environmental Science Or MBA, Certifications in ISO related QMS, EMS and OHSAS

Professional Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience Compliance Department

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Responsible to establish, implement & maintain the Quality Management and Social Accountability systems (based on Local and International Laws and ISO-9001:2008 requirements).
• Responsible to conduct Audit of Social, Environmental, Technical, Product Certification and Quality with Second/ Third Party auditor.
• Coordinate with Certification Agencies, Buyers Representatives and other related personnel for Quality, Social and Product Audits/Evaluation.
• Responsible to provide feedback to management in devising policies and procedures and any need for improvement.
• To incorporate changes of laws and regulations in procedures and to distribute them to all concern personnel.
• Responsible to communicate and provide training of all relevant employees about company policies which relates with the Social and Quality Compliance and Code of Conducts.
• To provide assistant and guidance to personnel in implementing the above mentioned policies and relative procedures.
• Perform internal compliance investigations and audits throughout the organization, including compliance detailed reports with recommendations to the Top Management.
• Promoting awareness of customer requirements and general safety throughout the organization.
• Managing Welfare such as Death Grants, Marriage Grants, EOBI claims and SESSI claims of whole group through welfare officer.
• Manage a team of 6 sub-ordinates looking after social, quality and environmental compliance system of whole group.
• Any other task given by the Director Planning, Systems & Compliance & IE.
