Experience: 5 to 8 Years in Construction Chemicals, Admixtures, Sealants, Grouts, Concrete Repair, Epoxy Floorings, Waterproofing.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of Dispersions and business development.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions as per customized needs of customer.
• Maintain strong client relationships in order to have significant inputs about product performance, price trends and competition offering.
• Serving customers by offering them technical support, value added services & solutions, innovative ideas in terms of new product development and by offering them cost efficient & effective solutions.
• Maintain database of customer creditability according to company policies.
• Establish database of market trends, application of products/ technology and service needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain database for market research projects, develop competitor grid, benchmarking on competitors’ positioning and the performance of their competitive products.
• Training and development of customer services team.
