      We, Executive Search Worldwide are inquest of suitable candidates for Head of Administration for one of our Prominent Clients.


      Position Title: Head of Administration

      Position Based In: Karachi - Pakistan

      Education: Graduate

      Experience: At least 15 years experience including 10 years heading Administration in a Large manufacturing plant with housing facilities

      Age Limit: Should not exceed 45 years

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Execution of all administrative functions of company in an efficient and cost effective manner.
      • Oversee horticulture and gardens maintenance.
      • Monitoring the execution of all contracts with outside companies/ agencies providing office services (e.g. janitorial, tea service/ HVAC system maintenance.
      • Coordinate activities of lands department for acquisition of land for company pipelines, refinery, stations, terminals, depots and other facilities.
      • Making arrangements for travel, hotel accommodation etc. Proper and timely processing of bills.
      • Ensure provision of centralized office services like telephone exchange, fax, peons and other official aids.
      • Oversee compilation of departmental Revenue/ Capital Budget estimates.
      • Manage corporate events, travel, and transport and protocol services.
      • Improve the overall physical working and living environment to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity and safety.
      • Liaise with District Administration, authorities, local community, etc.
      • Establish and monitor Administration Department’s Annual Performance Objectives, KPIs, Revenue and Capital Budgets.
      • Develop, implement and monitor systems, procedures and good practices related to administrative services.
