Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of territory Wholesale Vs Retail business.
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned Territory.
- Develop and Implement field Sales Plan for the assigned territory.
- Responsible to run efficiently distribution secondary sale system & primary sale target and increase the productivity ratio in trade.
- Ensure weighted & numeric distribution targets on territory level.
- Ensuring sales target achievement and growth in the given area.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas.
- Analyze all customers’ requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
